For Aum, getting into running in his mid-twenties was a revelation. Now a seasoned ultramarathon runner, he has dedicated himself to inspiring others to explore and discover the mental and physical benefits of running, one step at a time.

Josh Mock

Josh co-founded We Run Uptown (WRU) 10 years ago, the first run crew in Uptown Manhattan. Since then, WRU has grown into a vital community where everyone is empowered to run their way, changing the face of the New York run scene.
